Order materials
Can order materials as your requirements and suitable sizes for your packaging! In the printing & packaging industry, white paper card is used for folding carton boxes for packing light weight product, corrugated paper is used for mailer boxes and also folding carton box, durable for a bit heavier product packaging, gray board is rigid for high end packaging. If using special paper like kraft paper, textured paper, pressing textures paper will make the boxes look more luxury.
Printing
There are Two professional captains operate the printer. They can print fancy, clear, nice packaging boxes according to your artwork, they have more than 15 years of experience, skilled at machines operation and good at adjusting colors. What’s more, factory own with Germany Roland brand printer, which is professional, efficient, widely used for packaging boxes printing.
Laminated/varnished
After printing, piles of papers are put on machine to have laminated/varnished. They are kind of surface finishing with matte / glossy effect, which will well protect the paper from fading color and also let the boxes to be waterproof, as well as giving the paper boxes more good looking appearance and longer lifetime.
Logo treatment
Hot stamp in different colors like gold, silver, blue, red ect, spot UV, deboss and emboss ect special process on your logo, highlighting your logo, your brand stand out on the boxes, so that your luxury brand could well attract more and more customers.
Diecut
According to the dielines, they cut and press the printed paper into product shape. They have manual die-cut machines for small orders and also automatic die-cut machines to make big qty packaging.

Pack & exporting
The packing department will calculated the suitable carton sizes for the product and printed shipping marks or stick labels as your requirement. They pack all of boxes with strong double wall material cartons, which will be well protect the boxes from shipping damage.
